Delete one ad account's data

1. In the Mintveo app (app.mintveo.com), open Integrations and click Disconnect on the ad account. Its ads, images, videos and breakdowns are deleted at once.
2. Open Settings > Data & privacy and delete that account's remaining daily spend history.

Delete everything

Open Settings > Data & privacy and delete your account. It is locked at once, and your data, including your sign-in email, is deleted 30 days later. You can cancel during those 30 days. We keep only the security log of account actions (Privacy Policy, section 8).

By email

Write to [email protected] from the address you use with Mintveo and tell us what to delete. We confirm when it is done, within 30 days.

Write to the store you bought from, or to [email protected] with the store's name. We work with the store to delete your data and confirm when it is done.
